At Tirely, your satisfaction matters to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can return your cordless tire inflator and request a refund. By placing an order on tirely.co, you agree to the terms below.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused or gently tested, with all original packaging, accessories, and components included.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@tirely.co with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name and email used to place the order
- The reason for the return
- Photos or a short video if the item arrived damaged or defective
Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. Refund Eligibility
We will issue a full refund (excluding any non-refundable shipping charges, where applicable) in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order did not arrive within the estimated delivery window and is confirmed lost.
- You changed your mind and the item is returned unused, in original condition, within the 30-day window.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied or reduced in the following cases:
- The item shows signs of misuse, abuse, physical damage, or normal wear beyond reasonable testing.
- The return is requested after the 30-day window has closed.
- Original packaging, accessories, or components are missing.
- The product was purchased through an unauthorized reseller rather than directly from Tirely.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the cost of return shipping, or may provide a replacement or refund without requiring a return, at our discretion.
Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a refund without return), we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, let us know and we will arrange a replacement under our warranty.
8. 1-Year Replacement Warranty
Every Tirely cordless tire inflator includes a 1-year free replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your inflator stops working due to a defect within 12 months of delivery, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear of consumable parts.
9. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and fully refund orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through our standard return process.
