Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tirely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered. By placing an order on tirely.co, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes in some cases, or U.S. territories where carrier service is unavailable. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information where available.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Because our products are sourced from overseas suppliers (including suppliers located in China), delivery times reflect international fulfillment. Estimated delivery times below are in addition to processing time:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, high-volume periods, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $40.
  • Orders under $40: A standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number where available. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us at support@tirely.co.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout where required. In the rare event that any import fees apply, we will cover or clearly disclose them; you will not be asked to pay unexpected customs charges on delivery for standard orders.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at support@tirely.co within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us at support@tirely.co within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund for items damaged during shipping.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
